The sun is shining until very late, trees are getting greener, seeing watermelons at the Turkish market…SUMMER is around the corner!!!
I would like to introduce the beautiful summer dishes that we made at our very first Down-to-Earth Dinner (DTED) in this academic year, so that you can enjoy the taste of summer at home!
For those who do not know about DTED, it is a vegan/plant-based three-course dinner organized by Pangea for AUC students. The dinner aims to raise awareness of sustainability and conscious consumption in the AUC community and tell how colorful/enjoyable your dinner can be without any animal products. All of our ingredients come from Freshbag and local supermarkets.
Do you remember what you had on that night??? (if you came)
Here are all the recipes hyperlinked!
We modified some of them, but initially got inspired by those.
Check them out and enjoy cooking/eating!
